Seafood Chowder

Atlantic white fish, baby shrimp, & sweet scallops folded in a rich cream broth with local veggies. (GF)

Cold Appetizers & Salad

Assorted breads, rolls, tea biscuits, whipped butted & pickles and chow-chow. (V)

Seasonal market greens and crisp farmstand veggie salad (V) (GF)

Classic creamy potato salad, with crispy onion, chopped egg, and fine herbs. (V) (GF)

Marinated calamari, scallop, shrimp, vine tomatoes, & field cucumber, in a light dill and roasted lemon vinaigrette. (GF)

Oysters, fresh shucked and served on half shell, with traditional toppings and red wine mignonette. (GF)

Peel & eat shrimp, Old Bay broth poached shrimp, served with house made cocktail and remoulade sauces. (GF)

Hot Dishes

Roasties style potatoes, traditional twice cooked roasted potatoes, crispy golden crust & fluffy interior (V) (GF)

Roasted veggies, summer savory & maple syrup roasted turnip, carrots, and sweet potato. (V) (GF)

East Coast hodge podge, assorted spring vegetables simmered with sweet cream with fresh herbs. (V) (GF)

Buttered spinach, steamed tender young spinach, sweet onion and drawn butter. (V) (GF)

Market fresh PEI blue mussels, steamed with of fine herbs, white wine, and sweet butter. (GF)

Seared Atlantic salmon, roasted lemon, and dill Atlantic salmon, finished with crispy leeks and fresh dill. (GF)

Carving stations

Hand carved roast beef, Slow roasted and hand carved to order. Served red wine au jus and freshly grated horseradish. (GF)

East Coast wellington, cut to order with sweet lobster, haddock, & Digby scallops baked in flakey pastry with sweet, creamed leeks. Paired with spring onion, dill, and white wine cream sauce.

Dessert Station

Warm wild blueberry crumble, warm wild blueberry crumble paired with French vanilla ice cream. (GF)

Annapolis Valley apple pie, Valley apple pies, flakey pastry crust.

Sticky toffee ginger cake, served with warm spiced dark rum caramel.
